1. REST API

   • API key auth via x-api-key

   • Endpoints for businesses, reviews, review replies, and review invites

2. Cloutly Embed

   • Signed JWT from your backend

   • Claims identify the user and business context

   • Automatic upsert of user/business when the iframe session starts
